I ordered this product early in the season as a christmas gift. I received confirmation of my order, and then I also received confirmation that the product had shipped. Imagine my surprise when at least a week later I received a message from the manufacturer telling me that they’d had a problem, and that the product hadn’t shipped after all, and that it wouldn’t be available until 12/26. Obviously that wouldn’t work as a cmas gift. I cancelled my order. It took quite some time to get confirmation of my cancellation, and then even longer for Amazon to notify me that my acct had been credited. I was stunned to hear that I’d been charged at all for something that had never even been shipped to me. I’m a big fan of Amazon, but I’ve learned to limit my shopping to those things that Amazon ships directly. I’ve had bad experiences every other time. In the end, I found a similar (better ?) product locally.
