I really like this wine rack. . . it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s also more of a piece of art then anything. It hangs nice on the wall and does not stick out far. I used normal anchors and screws and it has been holding tightly to the wall for 3 weeks now, with all 8 slots full.

I am however really unhappy with Macy’s and would recommend buying it from the dealer directly. The customer service for Macy’s was so poor and so incredibly rude that I will never buy anything from them again! Please note this is not a reflection of Amazon, I have always had wonderful service from them and will continue to use Amazon in the future. . . . just never again will I use Macy’s.

When this wine rack arrived, the package was so light, I was afraid that once installed, the rack would not be sturdy enough to hold up 8 heavy bottles of wine. Once we put it up, however, my fears subsided. I now have it hanging on the wall with 5 full size bottles and it is very secure and looks great. I would just advise anyone who buys it to make sure that it is screwed into a stud when you install it. The only drawback I have found is that it won’t hold those skinny bottles of sweet/dessert type wine.
